Drupal Camp Deccan Session Selection Process

In an effort to keep the Drupal Camp session selection process as transparent as possible we want to share the session selection process where in we will take all the proposed sessions and funnel them down to fill the available slots. 

Since the proposal to session submissions are closed,  we have opened up voting for sessions. To provide a listing where session ordering provides no benefit the proposed session list is sorted randomly each time it’s generated.  We are using a flag module and asking user to vote for their sessions. The voting for the sessions will close by end of this month, October 31st at 11:59 PM IST.

If you want to vote for the session, please register on the site and vote for the sessions. 

Once the voting closes, the commitee will check the voting results, limits on number of sessions a speaker can speak at, input from the team for the track, their experience and expertise in the area to fill the available spots in their track.

In the 1st week of November, we will publish the list of selected sessions. We are providing approximately 2 weeks window where presenters can prepare and make the sessions interactive and exciting.
